Paper Works

Drawings & Studies

The works shown here bring together drawings from different thematic contexts – cities, landscapes, figures, and body studies. They are presented as a single, coherent selection rather than as separate series.
These drawings are not conceived as preparatory studies, but as independent works. They emerge intuitively, without outlines or post-processing, shaped by reduction, immediacy, and the physical act of drawing itself.
Executed primarily with graphite, charcoal, and ink on handmade paper, they form a quiet counterpoint to my large-format paintings. Whether landscape or body, the drawings approach reality through abstraction and restraint – seeking presence through simplicity.
